Whole Wheat High Fiber Bread Recipe

Ingredients

<br>- 1/8 cup regular oats
<br>- 1/8 cup oat bran
<br>- 1/8 cup wheat germ
<br>- 1/8 cup cornmeal
<br>- 1/8 cup roasted pumpkin seeds
<br>- 1/8 cup flax seed meal
<br>- 1/8 cup sunflower seeds
<br>- 1 tablespoon sesame seeds
<br>- 1/4 cup brown sugar
<br>- 1/4 cup flax seeds
<br>- 1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast

<br>step 1: Add ingredients to the pan of the bread machine in the order suggested by the manufacturer. Select Whole Wheat  and Light Crust settings. Start.
