Whole Wheat Snickerdoodles I Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- ½ cup butter
<br>- ¾ cup packed brown sugar
<br>- 1  egg
<br>- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
<br>- 1 ½ cups whole wheat flour
<br>- ½ teaspoon baking soda
<br>- ½ teaspoon cream of tartar
<br>- 2 tablespoons white sugar
<br>- ½ teaspoon ground cinnamon

<br>step 1: Cream butter and sugar till fluffy. Add egg and vanilla. Beat well.  Add dry ingredients.
<br>step 2: Shape dough into 1 inch balls and roll in sugar cinnamon mixture. Place 2 inches apart on ungreased cookie sheets. Flatten slightly with a drinking glass.
<br>step 3: Bake at 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for 8-10 minutes.
