Wild Rice Soup III Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 1/2 cup uncooked wild rice

<br>- 1 onion, chopped
<br>- 1 cup chopped celery

<br>- salt and pepper to taste

<br>- 2 cups milk

<br>step 1: Prepare rice according to package directions.
<br>step 2: Melt the butter or margarine in a large pot over medium heat. Add the onion and celery and saute for 5 to 10 minutes, or until almost tender.
