Wings with Mint Leaves and Honey Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3 pounds chicken wings
<br>- 1 tablespoon minced garlic
<br>- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh mint leaves
<br>- 1 tablespoon butter
<br>- 1  lemon, juiced
<br>- ¼ cup honey

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 375  degrees F (190 degrees C).
<br>step 2: Place chicken in two 9x13 inch baking dishes. Blend garlic and mint leaves and spread mixture under skin of chicken pieces.
<br>step 3: In a small saucepan, heat butter, lemon juice and honey over medium low heat; mix well. Brush warmed mixture all over chicken skin.
<br>step 4: Bake for 1 hour, or until golden brown and cooked through (juices run clear). Brush again with honey mixture, and serve.
