Yorkshire Pudding I Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 2 1/3 cups all-purpose flour
<br>- 4 eggs
<br>- 1 1/4 cups milk
<br>- 1/3 cup butter

<br>step 1: Mix flour, eggs and milk in a blender until smooth. Let sit for 1 hour, then put butter in a casserole dish and melt.  Add batter.
<br>step 2: Preheat oven to 375  degrees F (190 degrees C).
<br>step 3: Bake pudding for 20 minutes in preheated oven, then lower temperature to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and bake for another 15 minutes. When golden, cut up and serve.
