Zesty Hominy and Cheese Recipe

Ingredients
<br>- 3 (15 ounce) cans white hominy, drained
<br>- 1 (8 ounce) container sour cream
<br>- 2 cups shredded Cheddar cheese
<br>- 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chile peppers
<br>- 1 pinch cayenne pepper (optional)

<br>step 1: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
<br>step 2: In a 2 quart casserole dish, mix together hominy, sour cream, cheddar cheese, chilies and cayenne pepper.
<br>step 3: Bake for 25 minutes in the preheated oven, or until heated through.
